Randy N. Lentz - President & CEO

Medallion Midstream's founder has 27 years of experience in the natural gas midstream business in a variety of operational and commercial leadership roles.

From March 2005 until May 2010, Mr. Lentz served as Senior Vice President and Vice President, Commercial Operations with Penn Virginia Resource Partners, where he had direct responsibility for the midstream division’s day-to-day business operations including business development, gas supply, contract administration, and natural gas and NGL marketing. During his five years with Penn Virginia, Mr. Lentz managed all commercial activities related to the company's midstream assets comprising more than 4,000 miles of gathering pipelines and 400 million standard cubic feet per day (“MMCFD”) of natural gas processing capacity, including the construction and acquisition of more than 600 miles of gathering pipeline and 240 MMCFD of natural gas processing capacity.

Prior to his employment with Penn Virginia, Mr. Lentz was a partner and Vice President, Business Development with Cantera Resources and Cantera Natural Gas. During his five years at Cantera, the company acquired over $240 million in gathering and processing assets. Mr. Lentz contributed to strategy development, relationship building, capacity and throughput increases, and cost reductions that collectively led to the sale of the same assets for more than $1.4 billion.

Prior to Cantera, Mr. Lentz served in various management roles with Union Pacific Fuels, Highlands Gas Corporation and Cimarron Gathering and Processing Company.

Dana B. Amaya - Vice President, Business Development

Mr. Amaya has 34 years of experience in the natural gas midstream business and a proven track record for building relationships and creating value.

From August 2008 until March 2011, Mr. Amaya served as Director, Gas Supply with Penn Virginia Resource Partners, where he was responsible for growing the gas supply on the company’s gathering and processing assets and for pursuing and executing projects to expand the asset base through acquisition and greenfield projects. During his two years at Penn Virginia, Mr. Amaya successfully negotiated multiple long-term contracts that facilitated the expansion of Penn Virginia’s assets in the Mid-Continent, East Texas, and North Texas.

Prior to his employment with Penn Virginia, Mr. Amaya was Manager, System Development for Enogex, Inc. While at Enogex, Mr. Amaya leveraged key relationships to successfully develop expansion projects exceeding $50 million and generating gas volumes of over 300 MMCFD.

Prior to Enogex, Mr. Amaya served four years as Gas Marketing Manager for Devon Energy’s offshore and deepwater production, and 23 years in various management roles with GPM/Phillips Gas and Gas Liquids.

Paul Doll - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Doll brings 26 years of energy industry experience and strong financial and accounting leadership to Medallion.

From September 2007 until joining Medallion, Mr. Doll served as Vice President, Finance with Laser Midstream Energy, LP, where he was responsible for overseeing all of Laser’s financial activities including accounting, finance, credit, risk management, analysis, and administration. While at Laser, Mr. Doll successfully arranged a $105 million senior secured credit facility and was instrumental in the negotiations and development of a $150 million pipeline project in the Marcellus Shale.

Prior to joining Laser, Mr. Doll held the title of Western Hemisphere Controller for Hanover Compressor Company, where he was responsible for oversight of world-wide manufacturing accounting as well as finance and accounting activities for the North and South American compressor rental division.

Before joining Hanover Compressor Company, Mr. Doll held a variety of financial, accounting, business development, and management roles with Hanover Measurement Services, Texas Southeastern Gas Company and Houston Pipeline Company.

Josh K. Doramus - Vice President, Engineering & Operation

Mr. Doramus utilizes his career in engineering and operational roles in the natural gas midstream business to add extensive engineering and operations leadership and expertise to Medallion’s management team.

Before joining Medallion, Mr. Doramus was Director of Process Engineering with Energy Transfer Partners, where he led the group responsible for Energy Transfer’s companywide processing, treating, dehydration, and condensate handling efforts with particular focus on expanding the company’s processing capabilities in the Eagle Ford Shale.

Prior to his employment with Energy Transfer, Mr. Doramus was Manager of Process Engineering with Penn Virginia Resource Partners, where he was responsible for the design, installation, modification, expansion, and optimization of Penn Virginia’s gas processing facilities with a focus on processing growth in the Granite Wash.

Prior to Penn Virginia, Mr. Doramus served in various engineering and operational positions within Crosstex Energy Services and DCP Midstream.

Clayton J. Hewett – Operations Manager

Mr. Hewett contributes 11 years of project engineering, operations, and maintenance experience in the midstream industry to Medallion’s management team and the operation of its assets.

Between February 2009 and January 2012, when he joined Medallion, Mr. Hewett rose from Project Engineer to Engineering Manager for Tristate Midstream, LP, where he was responsible for planning, designing, engineering, and construction of all Tristate Midstream and subsidiary capital projects. Mr. Hewett successfully managed the construction of well connects, large gathering systems, compressor stations, amine treating plants, and dehydration facilities in North Louisiana with a total budget in excess of $70 million.

Prior to his employment with Tristate Midstream, Mr. Hewett served as Operations/Project Engineer for Crosstex Energy Services, LP, where he notably managed the development of two, 120-MMCFD gathering systems including 22 compressor packages totaling approximately 34,000 hp; and the installation of 73 miles of 16- and 24-inch transmission pipeline with attendant dehydration, compression and metering facilities.

Prior to Crosstex, Mr. Hewett served in various operations and maintenance positions with Cooper Cameron Corporation and other service providers.
